What I do
I turn complex business problems into concrete product plans and help build systems that can keep running and be tested over time.
My current focus is AI / GEO: how people ask questions, how AI systems understand a brand, how content and product work together, and how observations become the next action.

- Connect content, data, workflow, and engineering so the solution can actually be used.
- Observe, then revise
- Record what happened and why, then decide what to keep, change, or rebuild.
Why I write about the work
I write down product decisions, build processes, and changing results so the experience can be discussed, tested, and used by others.
Editorial policy
AI may assist with research, drafts, and code. I am responsible for the final judgment, fact checking, and case results. When I reference external facts, I try to link to primary sources.
