This is the work in progress: start with brand facts and user questions, move through content and publishing, and return to continuous verification in AI answers.
Product development is complete and live: brand and project management, questions and content, AI platform monitoring, a GEO opportunity loop, Chrome extension delivery, and an admin console. I am now documenting the product journey.

Website GEO diagnostic tool
GEO Scoring
Scans a website and assesses GEO readiness across content citability, structured data, content depth, brand authority signals, and technical accessibility.
Turns an overall score, dimension results, specific issues, and priority actions into a reviewable diagnostic report so teams can address the most consequential gaps first.

METHOD
A loop the team can run again.
GEO is not a one-off content project. It is ongoing work from question to answer, answer to action, and back to verification.
01Start with a real questionBegin with a question people ask and make decisions from, not a keyword list.
02Write down brand factsCreate a shared fact card for who the brand is, whom it serves, and what can be verified.
03Record the AI answerKeep the prompt, full answer, cited sources, and errors instead of one flattering line.
04Turn gaps into actionsWrite the gap as an executable hypothesis: add knowledge, create content, or clarify the product.
05Retest after publishingAsk the same question again so the next action has evidence and the result can be reviewed.
